Tracey McGlashan is an experienced youth worker with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. Tracey is currently employed as a Residential Youth Worker with Anglicare Victoria, and a School Chaplain/Student Wellbeing Officer with Scripture Union Victoria. She is skilled in office administration, case management, mental health, youth justice and public speaking. Tracey holds Diplomas in Youth Work and Mental Health, and is an accredited YRIPP (Youth Referral and Independent Person Program) volunteer. YRIPP delivers a high quality system of adult volunteers who attend police interviews with young people in police custody when a parent or guardian is not available. YRIPP also seeks to divert young people from future offending through early intervention at the point of police contact.
Tracey lives in Melbourne, Australia, and is married to Chris. She is the proud mother of two fur children, a dearly loved dog, Zoe, and an equally dearly loved cat, Mars. Tracey enjoys working with young people, singing, reading, writing, watching “Criminal Minds” (amongst other things!), having brunch with friends, and has a slight(!) addiction to caffeine 🙂
